Ok ok 3 months later im finally getting around to it hi hi hello I'm Opal I may go by other names too but thats my public one/handle atm. Idrk where to begin so uh video games yeah those are really cool, i've tried game development before because i soooo badly wanna make a game or be part of the development of one but holy shit i hate programming so soooo much it has genuinely made me weep real tears of anger and frustration so I dont do that anymore but i'd be so down to help make a game with like a friend or someone with some neat ideas

I guess i'll just keep yapping about my hobbies, so the other big one i do is music, which has definitely been on hiatus (it's been a rough year) but i plan to get back into any day now, I used to do more breakcore/jungle inspired stuff but honestly i've lost interest in CREATING it along with more queer ravey stuff like Femtanyl's work (which i sort of tried to emulate for a short time) i think at this point I kinda just want to learn guitar (i have a Squire Stratocaster) and maybe make some ambient stuff (i mostly work in FL studio with Vital and as many assorted weird plugins i can find), I absolutely love artists like Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, and oh my god theres this 4 hour long track by yeule called The Things They Did for Me Out of Love and it has me friggin mezmerized i've been listening to it at work (it unfortunately doesn't quiiiite cover an entire shift lol). I'm also very much a child of the vaporwave scene so I love a lot of ambient tracks from back then such as the Computer Trilogy of albums by Infinity Frequencies which are a huuuuuge inspiration to me and of course Replica by Oneohtrix Point Never, just to name a few others t e l e p a t h and 2814 are of course in my top 10

some other hobbies i've got are drawing (might put somethin here on the site someday), writing (yeah no its pretty much all yuri fanfic you dont wanna see that slop), video editing although its been a while and im not sure where i'd take it nowadays, i've for a long while wanted to run a hazel-esque youtube channel, she's a very big inspiration to me not just for video editing but like all my damn hobbies lol, Photography (hrm i need to find a place to put those), and i'd like to get into streaming but i haven't quite gotten around to it outside of buying a lot of indie games that would absolutely fit streaming, bweh.
